Task

Task champions a change in how someone interacts with a task light. Traditionally, you would move the arm to influence where the light would spread to. With Task, you move the light source itself, keeping the arm in a fixed position.

Each POD features an array of 12 dimmable LEDs. Six warm white and six cool white LED’s, allowing precise colour temperature control to suit any space.

Task embodies a tri-finish design, available in a spectrum of colours. A powder-coated die cast base provides sufficient stability to the colour-matched PBT arm. Accented by the support pole and each POD in a colour complimenting micro-bead anodisation finish bringing consistency across each choice.

Each POD connects magnetically to one of the six individual charging zones on the underside of the arm, using the QI2 standard. QI2 allows POD’s to snap into place and automatically align with a wireless charging coil to power the LED’s.

Designed for strength and stability, Task features a cantilevered arm that extends outward without losing balance. The cap functions as a touch-capacitive switch, providing an on/off control to the whole arm with a simple tap.
